In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of maintenance professionals, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards while managing day-to-day operations efficiently and effectively.\nSupervise and coordinate a team of maintenance staff, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities\nPlan, schedule, and oversee all routine and preventive maintenance activities across the mansion property\nConduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas requiring immediate attention\nManage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations\nCoordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services and repairs\nDevelop and implement maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency\nMaintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment servicing\nEnsure compliance with all safety regulations, health standards, and property management protocols\nAddress maintenance emergencies promptly and implement
