As a Waiter/ess, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests whilst providing attentive and efficient service.\nGreet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome\nTake food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently\nProvide detailed menu information, including daily specials and beverage recommendations\nServe food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner\nMaintain a clean and organised dining area at all times\nProcess payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately\nCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow\nRespond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally\nAdhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards\nAssist in setting up and closing down the restaurant\n Previous experience as a waiter/ess in a high volume luxury hotel or resort environment \nExcellent customer service skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work under pressure and multitask effectively\nGood knowledge of food and beverage service techniques\nBasic maths skills for handling bills and payments\nPhysical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays\nAbility to memorise menu items and daily specials\nFluency in English;
