The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible to the following key job responsibilities:\nTo report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform with name badge and palm pin at all times.\nThe ability to gather and transport all supplies needed for the set-up of a function\nPerform side duties (checklist)\nReport to manager any kinds of deviation from set standard and procedures.\nEnsure that all operating equipment is maintained.\nEnsure that all service and storage areas are kept safe, clean and locked.\nTo report any complaints, incidents or any other irregularities to the management.\nHelp implement work simplification and necessary changes.\nTo be punctual at all times.\nTo ensure that guests receive the attention they require.\nTo professionally behave with other members of staff, managers and directors.\nAttend to guest needs, complaints and/or on-site requests and changes in a courteous and helpful manner.\nSet up and unset function rooms, including table setting, according to established standards.\nPerform the functions of cashiering and dispensing of beverages, as assigned by Banquet Management.\nComply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times.\nDeliver Food and Beverages service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.\nCommunicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information.\nEstablish and maintain effective employee working relationship.\nMaintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, outlets, hotel services/features and hours of operations, as they affect the areas of responsibility..\nCarry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management of the Hotel.\nAssist other Food & Beverage Outlets in their operations within peak times when needed.\n Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language\nMust be well presented and professionally groomed at all times\nGood communication and customer contact skills; good problem resolution skills\nBasic F&B product knowledge\nGood interpersonal skills and self-confident\nGuest oriented and service minded, with attention to quality\nTeam player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail\n Experience is an asset\nPrior experience working with related system\nStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities\nFluency in Arabic & English, Additional Language is an added advantage.\nOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:\nWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.\nBy joining Accor, every chapter of your story is yours to write and together we can imagine tomorrow's hospitality.
