Together, we embody the vision of responsible hospitality.\nTake the opportunity to become a Heartist®, and let your heart guide you in this world where life beats faster.\n Job Purpose\nTo provide efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service to guests in accordance with Mövenpick and Accor standards, ensuring a positive dining experience while maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nWelcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.\nSet up tables, service stations, and restaurant areas according to hotel standards.\nPresent menus and provide accurate information about food and beverage items.\nTake guests’ food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.\nEnter orders into the hotel’s POS system correctly.\nServe food and beverages promptly and according to established service standards.\nEnsure correct presentation, portioning, and temperature of food and beverages before serving.\nCheck regularly with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to their requests.\nClear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized dining area.\nProcess guest bills accurately and follow established payment procedures when required.\nPromote food and beverage items, daily specials, and hotel promotions when appropriate.\nHandle guest complaints professionally and refer issues to the supervisor or manager when necessary.\nMaintain excellent knowledge of the restaurant menu, ingredients, allergens, and beverage offerings.\nCoordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, stewarding, and other F&B colleagues.\nEnsure all service equipment, cutlery, crockery, and glassware are clean and properly maintained.\nFollow all food safety, hygiene, health, and safety procedures.\nMaintain proper personal grooming and hygiene standards at all times.\nAssist with restaurant opening and closing procedures.\nSupport banquet functions, events, buffets, and other F&B operations when required.\nMinimize waste and use equipment and supplies responsibly.\nAttend departmental briefings, training sessions, and meetings.\nFollow all hotel policies, procedures, and Mövenpick/Accor service standards.\nPerform any other reasonable duties assigned by the F&B Manager or Restaurant Management.\nGuest Service Responsibilities\nCreate a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests.\nAnticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service.\nMaintain professional communication and a positive attitude at all times.\nHandle guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously.\nProtect guest privacy and confidentiality.\nStrive to exceed guest expectations and contribute to positive guest feedback.\nHygiene & Safety Responsibilities\nMaintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.\nFollow HACCP and food safety procedures.\nEnsure food and beverages are handled safely and hygienically.\nBe aware of food allergens and communicate relevant information accurately.\nReport any health, safety, or hygiene concerns immediately.\nUse equipment and service tools safely and correctly.\nQualifications & Experience\nPrevious experience as a Waiter in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or similar environment is preferred.\nHospitality or F&B training is an advantage.\nGood knowledge of food and beverage service.\nBasic knowledge of POS systems is preferred.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nBasic English communication skills;
