will be doing:\nWelcome and assist guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.\nTake guest orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar teams.\nServe food and beverages promptly according to established service standards.\nEnsure tables are properly set, cleaned, and maintained throughout service periods.\nHandle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints efficiently, escalating concerns when necessary.\nMaintain thorough knowledge of menu items, promotions, allergens, and outlet operations.\nProcess guest bills and payments accurately.\nSupport colleagues during peak meal periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations.\nFollow all hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards.\nAssist with opening and closing duties and ensure the restaurant is ready for service at all times.\n Your experience and skills include:\nAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times\nShould have min. 1 year experience in All-Day Dining operations\nShould have a strong F&B Product Knowledge\nStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities\nAbility to work well under pressure in a
