maintain and enhance the appearance of guest rooms, public areas, outlets, and back-of-house facilities through professional painting and decorative finishing works, ensuring compliance with Accor and Mövenpick brand standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nCarry out interior and exterior wall painting, touch-ups, and decorative finishing works throughout the hotel.\nPrepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, filling cracks, and applying primers before painting.\nPerform painting works in guest rooms, corridors, public areas, restaurants, meeting rooms, and back-of-house locations.\nEnsure color matching and finishing quality meet hotel brand standards.\nRespond promptly to maintenance requests related to wall finishes and paint defects.\nMaintain painting tools, equipment, and materials in a clean and safe condition.\nFollow preventive maintenance schedules and complete assigned work orders efficiently.\nObserve all health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations when handling paints, chemicals, and equipment.\nMinimize disruption to guests by maintaining cleanliness and proper worksite protection during painting activities.\nAssist the Engineering team with other maintenance duties when required.\nQualifications & Experience\nHigh school certificate or vocational training in painting and decorating.\nMinimum 1 year of painting experience, preferably in hotels, resorts, or commercial facilities.\nKnowledge of surface preparation, paint application techniques, and finishing methods.\nFamiliarity with safety procedures and proper use of painting tools and materials.\nCompetencies\nAttention to detail and quality standards.\nAbility to work independently and within a team.\nGood time management and organizational skills.\nPositive attitude and
