Combining your sales expertise with a genuine love of celebrations, you’ll build relationships, create excitement and ensure every couple feels supported every step of the way.\nThis role requires ongoing availability Tuesday to Saturday, giving you the opportunity to connect with clients as they explore their dream venue and bring their plans to life.\nIf you love working with people, thrive on sales results and believe the little details make the biggest difference, we’d love to meet you!\nWhat you'll be doing\nDrive wedding and social event sales, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.\nBuild strong relationships with couples and clients throughout their journey.\nHost personalised venue tours, consultations and client meetings.\nPrepare tailored proposals, quotations and contracts.\nProactively follow up leads to maximise conversion and revenue.\nCoordinate wedding details and deliver seamless handovers to operational teams.\nAttend selected weddings and events as required to support the client experience.\nAchieve sales targets and represent the hotel at showcases, expos and networking events.\nCollaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional celebrations from planning to the big day.\n To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:\nExperience in weddings, events or hospitality sales\nA passion for weddings, celebrations and creating unforgettable experiences\nStrong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills\nConfidence hosting venue tours, presenting to clients and building lasting relationships\nExcellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities\nA commercial mindset and the drive to turn enquiries into confirmed bookings\nEnergy, enthusiasm and a proactive, results-driven approach\nExperience working with couples and social event clients is highly regarded.\nQualifications in Hospitality, Events, Marketing or Business are advantageous.\nWe welcome applications from candidates with full Australian working rights.
