As a Welcome Ambassador / Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and professional welcome while ensuring a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.\nWhat you will be doing:\nWelcome and acknowledge all guests and visitors in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.\nAct as the first point of contact in the lobby, creating a positive and lasting first impression.\nAssist guests with directions, resort information, facilities, and services.\nCoordinate with Concierge, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.\nAnticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance when required.\nSupport guest arrivals and departures by providing information and guidance.\nHandle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests efficiently and courteously.\nMaintain a visible presence in the lobby and public areas to engage with guests and offer assistance.\nPromote resort facilities, dining outlets, activities, and special promotions.\nEnsure the lobby area remains welcoming, organized, and aligned with brand standards.\nFoster positive relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.\n Your experience and skills include:\nPrevious experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge, Hospitality, or a customer-facing role is preferred.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nWarm, outgoing, and approachable personality.\nStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.\nAbility to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment.\nFluency in English; additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, German, or French are an advantage.\nPassion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.\n Why work for Accor?\nWe are far more than a worldwide leader.
