Additionally, we are Whistler's largest conference resort hotel, offering 5 unique dining outlets, a slope-side Health Club, and 519 guestrooms and suites.\n Whistler Experience Guide Supervisor\nPlay a key role in delivering exceptional outdoor experiences and personalized guest adventures while supporting the daily operations of the Whistler Experience program.\nThis is a full-time, permanent position starting as soon as possible.\nStarting Rate of Pay: $24.25 per hour\nJob Duties Include:\nCoordinate and manage guest activities through digital booking platforms, including tour inventory, guide scheduling, guest communications, and activity reservations.\nLead private guided experiences including hiking, biking, snowshoeing, skiing, and other resort activities while ensuring exceptional guest service and safety standards.\nSupervise, train and support Whistler Experience Guides, ensuring all required certifications, training records and safety protocols are maintained.\nCollaborate with the Health Club & Recreation leadership team to develop, coordinate and deliver resort programming, special events, and group activities.\nMaintain accurate inventory levels for activity equipment, retail products, and operational supplies.\nPromote and upsell private guided experiences while building strong relationships with local businesses and tourism partners.\nAssist with Health Club and Recreation operations as required to support the overall guest experience.\n Standard First Aid or Wilderness First Aid certification required.\nValid Class 4 Driver's License required.\nExtensive knowledge of Whistler Blackcomb, local hiking trails and the Sea-to-Sky region.\nExperience leading outdoor recreation activities such as skiing, biking, hiking, or snowshoeing.\nPrevious experience in guiding, concierge services, recreation programming, leadership, or outdoor instruction is an asset.\nJob Perks & Benefits:\nSubsidized staff accommodation provided\nComplimentary meal in our staff cafeteria per shift\nAccess to our Employee Travel Program, with discounts on room rates and food & beverage at Fairmont & Accor properties worldwide\nHotel leisure benefits including Golf/Ski passes\n Visa Requirements: To progress with your application, you must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
