In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of custom financial and operational reports using Sage Intacct and Sage 300 CRE. Your work will ensure accurate, timely, and insightful information delivery that supports internal stakeholders and clients in making data-driven decisions. \nThe ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically proficient, and comfortable working in collaborative, client-facing environments. \nCompensation | $65,000-$85,000 base salary\nKey ResponsibilitiesReport Creation and Management:\nDesign, develop, and maintain custom financial and operational reports and dashboards in Sage Intacct, using: \nFinancial Report Writer \n\nInteractive Custom Report Writer (ICRW) \n\nCustom Report Wizard \n\nDashboards and Performance Cards \n\nBuild and manage reports in Sage 300 CRE using Crystal Reports and Office Connector. \n\nEnsure reports accommodate multi-entity, multi-currency, and department-specific needs. \n\nAlign reporting outputs with month-end and quarter-end close cycles, as well as ad hoc reporting requests. \n\nMaintain high standards for data accuracy, consistency, and usability. \n\nData Replication and SQL Integration:\nReplicate key data into SQL tables when built-in tools are insufficient for advanced reporting. \n\nSupport advanced report generation using SQL and Crystal Reports. \n\nTroubleshoot data access and quality issues across systems and reports. \n\nCollaboration & Stakeholder Support:\nWork directly with Accounting, Finance, and Business Operations teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions. \n\nProvide guidance, documentation, and support to users for interpreting and modifying reports. \n\nEnsure clear documentation of report logic, data sources, and version history. \n\nShare reporting best practices and offer training to internal team members as needed. \n\nQualificationsRequired:\n2+ years of experience with Sage Intacct, particularly in report development. \n\nProficient with: \nFinancial Report Writer \n\nICRW and Custom Report Wizard \n\nDashboards and Dimensions \n\nCrystal Reports and Office Connector (Sage 300 CRE) \n\nStrong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting fundamentals. \n\nExperience with multi-entity and multi-currency environments. \n\nAbility to analyze and reconcile data across key accounting modules: AP, AR, GL, Projects, Time & Expenses. \n\nWorking knowledge of SQL and stored procedures for reporting and data integration. \n\nHigh attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. \n\nEffective communicator, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. \n\nPreferred:\nExperience supporting clients or internal teams in the construction industry. \n\nFamiliarity with Intacct platform services (Smart Rules, Smart Events, custom objects). \n\nExperience with external reporting tools (e.g., OMNI, Power BI). \n\nDegree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. \n\nWork Environment & Tools:\nERP Platforms: Sage Intacct, Sage 300 CRE \n\nReporting Tools: Crystal Reports, Office Connector, OMNI, SQL \n\nData & Productivity Tools: Microsoft Excel, CSV import/export \n\nCollaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams, Salesforce Chatter \n\nProject Management & Documentation: Internal platforms\n\nTime and Case Management: Salesforce/Certinia\n\nIdeal Candidate Attributes:\nTechnically skilled and quick to learn \n\nClient-focused and responsive \n\nProactive and self-motivated \n\nCollaborative and solution-oriented \n\nAble to manage multiple reporting priorities efficiently \n\nAbility to work effectively in a remote environment\n\nAlways Choose Exceptional | Lead with Integrity | Embody Respect and Care Deeply | Embrace Change and Innovation\nNote: Candidates must be authorized to work in the US or Canada;
