This role acts as the primary implementation lead on assigned projects, providing strategic guidance, solution expertise, and project leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nThe Sage Intacct Implementation Lead Consultant is also expected to serve as a mentor and resource to less experienced implementation team members, helping elevate the overall quality and consistency of implementation delivery across the organization.\nCompensation | $95,000–$145,000 base salary, plus incentive compensation\nKey Responsibilities:Client Leadership & Relationship Management\n\nServe as the primary implementation lead for assigned Sage Intacct projects.\n\nBuild trusted client relationships and guide stakeholders through implementation decisions.\n\nFacilitate discovery sessions to understand business, accounting, reporting, and operational requirements.\n\nProvide strategic recommendations aligned with Sage Intacct capabilities and industry best practices.\n\nIdentify and resolve implementation risks, issues, and escalations while maintaining proactive client communication.\n\nSolution Design & Implementation\nLead solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities.\n\nTranslate business requirements into effective Sage Intacct solutions and workflows.\n\nAdvise clients on financial process improvements, reporting structures, and system optimization.\n\nOversee complex implementations involving multiple entities, dimensions, approvals, and advanced reporting.\n\nEnsure all solutions align with client objectives and Sage Intacct best practices.\n\nProject Leadership\nOwn project execution from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.\n\nCoordinate activities across clients, internal teams, and external partners.\n\nMonitor project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and scope changes.\n\nMaintain accurate project documentation, status reporting, and implementation records.\n\nDeliver projects with a high standard of quality, professionalism, and client satisfaction.\n\nTraining & Client Enablement\nDesign and deliver end-user training, workshops, and adoption activities.\n\nSupport user acceptance testing and guide clients through operational transition.\n\nPromote client confidence and long-term success within Sage Intacct.\n\nTeam Collaboration & Leadership\nMentor implementation team members and share implementation best practices.\n\nProvide guidance on solution design, project execution, and problem-solving.\n\nSupport onboarding, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nFoster a collaborative, client-focused, and solutions-oriented team environment.\n\nAdministrative & Operational Excellence\nMaintain timely and accurate timekeeping, project records, and implementation documentation.\n\nSupport continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and delivery standards.\n\nDemonstrate accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail in all aspects of work.\n\nPartner with the Ongoing Support team to ensure a seamless client experience.\n\nQualificationsSage Intacct Implementation Specialist Certification, or ability to obtain certification within 1–3 months of hire.\n4+ years of accounting, financial systems, ERP implementation, consulting, or related experience, including successful participation in or leadership of approximately 10–12 ERP or Sage Intacct implementations.\nDemonstrated experience leading client-facing projects and managing multiple priorities.\nStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.\nAbility to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).\nAbility to operate effectively in a remote environment.\nAlways Choose Exceptional | Lead with Integrity | Embody Respect and Care Deeply | Embrace Change and Innovation\nNote: We are only able to consider candidates who are currently authorized to work in the U.S. and Canada.
