The Branch Manager serves as the primary leader for branch operations, driving efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team development. \nKey Responsibilities\nOperational Leadership:\nManage day-to-day branch operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. \nEnsure timely completion of calibration services and adherence to turnaround commitments. \nMonitor branch performance metrics (productivity, profitability, customer satisfaction) and implement improvement plans. \nQuality & Compliance:\nCollaborate with Technical Manager and Quality Coordinator to maintain ISO/IEC 17025:2017 compliance. \nSupport internal/external audits and accreditation assessments; ensure corrective actions are implemented. \nUphold company policies, safety standards, and ethical practices across all branch activities. \nCustomer & Contract Management:\nReview customer requests, tenders, and contracts for feasibility and alignment with branch capabilities. \nMaintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution. \nOversee subcontracting and vendor approvals for equipment and services. \nFinancial & Business Development:\nManage branch budget, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability targets are met. \nIdentify opportunities for growth through new services, customer acquisition, and local partnerships. \nPrepare and present branch performance reports to senior leadership. \nTeam Leadership:\nRecruit, train, and mentor branch staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. \nConduct performance evaluations and implement development plans. \nPromote collaboration between technical and administrative teams to achieve branch goals. \nProfessional Skills:\nStrong understanding of calibration services and laboratory operations. \nFamiliarity with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements and quality management principles. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with calibration management software. \nHighly organized, decisive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. \nCustomer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. \nCommitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and impartiality. \nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). \nMinimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a technical or regulated environment. \nExperience managing teams and budgets. \nKnowledge of calibration processes and ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation preferred. \nAbout Us:\nAccredited Labs is a trusted provider of accredited calibration services.
