We are looking for experienced technicians to join our team where your precision, interpersonal skills, and mechanical aptitude will pave the way for success! \n Location: Trident Calibration Lab office is in Phoenix, AZ and works on-site at various customer sites. \n Day to Day Responsibilities: \nComplete accurate and timely calibrations in the lab and on customer sites \nPerform routine and complex calibration on various equipment per company processes and instructional documentation \nPerform calibration on a variety of devices and instruments in accordance with established procedures, standards, and protocols \nWorking directly with clients with good communication to provide client updates on services needed \nEnsure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards \nMaintain calibration activity records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and to date \nInteract professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support \nCommunicate with customers throughout the process and provide status updates \n You will be successful in this role if you: \nHave the ability to learn mechanical and technical skills quickly \nCan adapt to multiple different work environments and settings \nAre customer-oriented with excellent communication skills \nAre a person who is punctual, respectful, and honest with a positive attitude \nHave an excellent attention to detail \nHave a strong work ethic and willingness to learn \n Basic Qualifications: \n3+ years of Calibration experience in General Purpose Test Equipment to include electronic, physical/mechanical and dimensional \nAble to lift 50lbs \nAble to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of time \nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word \nExcellent customer service skills \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills \nGood organizational and prioritization skills \nMust have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record \n Nice to have: \nAssociate's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or other Technical Fields \nTechnical Degree or Certificate \nMilitary PMEL Training \nExperience with IndySoft \n About Us: \nAccredited Labs is a trusted provider of accredited calibration services.
