As our Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership and guidance in coordination with executive and technical leadership.
- Supervise, mentor, and support field service staff.
- Ensure compliance with technical, quality, and administrative procedures (time sheets, expense reports, certifications, documentation).
- Coordinate and monitor overall efficiency of field service operations.
- Communicate schedule changes and service updates to customers and vendors.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience supervising technical or field service teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with construction materials testing calibration.
