You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth shipment coordination and supporting day-to-day logistics operations.\nLocation: Monday-Friday, 7-4 at our branch office in OKC\nDay to Day Responsibilities: \nShipping & Logistics\n Coordinate incoming & outgoing shipments.\nManage local customer pickups and deliveries, including any recurring routes.\nPrepare shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, packing lists, etc.)\nTrack shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues with carriers.\nMaintain accurate records of inventory movement and shipping logs\nManage on-hand inventory of consumables & supplies\nTechnical\nNavigate lab operations and technical environments.\nUnderstand and follow intricate processes and SOPs.\nSupport broader operations with a high degree of technical literacy.\nAdministrative Support\nProcess purchase orders, invoices, and shipping requests\nMaintain and update logistics databases and spreadsheets\nGenerate reports on shipping performance, costs, and delivery timelines\nSupport compliance with import/export regulations and company policies\nCommunicate with internal departments (sales, customer service, finance) to ensure alignment\nRequirements:\n1-2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or coordinator support required\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems a plus\nExcellent communication skills and attention to detail\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nFamiliarity with shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and freight coordination\nAbility to lift up to 50lbs\nClean driving record\nValid driver’s License\nHigh School diploma is preferred \nAbout Us:\nAccredited Labs is a trusted provider of accredited calibration services.
