ATSNUC, Inc. is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to join our team in Manitowoc, WI.\nIn this role, you'll serve as the organizational hub of our nuclear gauge service and calibration operation. You'll coordinate equipment moving through the facility, maintain accurate documentation, communicate with customers, support quality processes, and help ensure equipment is serviced and returned on time.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in operations coordination, customer service, logistics, project coordination, administration, quality systems, or related fields who enjoy managing multiple priorities and driving processes forward.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Service Operations Coordinator, you will:\nCoordinate equipment throughout the service and calibration process from arrival through completion.\nLog incoming equipment into tracking systems and maintain accurate status information.\nMonitor workflow and identify jobs requiring follow-up, customer approval, additional testing, or parts.\nCoordinate activities between service, calibration, shipping, and outside testing providers.\nReview records, documentation, service reports, and shipping paperwork for completeness and accuracy.\nMaintain equipment traceability and support compliance with quality and documentation requirements.\nCommunicate with customers regarding equipment status, scheduling, approvals, and service updates.\nCoordinate customer pickups, drop-offs, outbound shipments, rentals, and equipment transfers.\nSupport inventory management, purchasing activities, vendor communications, and supply replenishment.\nPerform routine calibration of radiation survey meters after completing company-provided training.\nAssist with invoicing, quotes, purchase orders, scheduling, and other operational documentation.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.\nWhat Makes You Successful\nWe're looking for candidates who:\nHave exceptional attention to detail and naturally notice discrepancies or missing information.\nEnjoy organizing complex workflows and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.\nTake ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion.\nAre proactive and identify issues before they become problems.\nThink critically and can determine next steps when challenges arise.\nCommunicate professionally with customers, vendors, and teammates.\nAre comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.\nTake pride in maintaining accurate records and documentation.\nAdapt well in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change.\nUnderstand the importance of quality, accuracy, and customer service.\nQualifications\nRequired\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.\nExperience maintaining detailed records, documentation, or tracking systems.\nPreferred\nExperience in operations coordination, customer service, logistics, project coordination, office administration, quality, or a related role.\nExperience with inventory management, purchasing, scheduling, shipping, or vendor coordination.\nExperience working within a documented quality system or regulated environment.\nFamiliarity with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements or quality documentation processes.\nExperience supporting technical service operations or equipment-based businesses.\nKnowledge of calibration, metrology, radiation safety, or technical equipment environments.\nExperience using business management, inventory, service tracking, or ERP software.\nWhy Join ATSNUC?\nAt ATSNUC, you'll play a critical role in helping our operation run efficiently and accurately.
