This team is responsible for building the core infrastructure, tools, and user-facing applications that enable development, deployment, and scaling of advanced AI systems. You will work across the stack to deliver performant, intuitive, and reliable systems that bridge complex AI capabilities with real-world user needs.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign and build end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems\nDevelop scalable APIs and services that power AI-driven applications\nBuild intuitive user interfaces for interacting with AI models and data\nCollaborate closely with ML engineers to integrate models into production systems\nImprove platform reliability, performance, and developer experience\nContribute to architectural decisions and technical direction of the AI platform\nOwn projects from concept through deployment and iteration\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3-5 years of experience in full-stack software engineering\nStrong experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript)\nBackend experience with Python, Go, or similar languages\nExperience building and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL)\nFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)\nExperience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)\nStrong product mindset with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions\nComfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments\nNice to Have\nExperience working with AI/ML systems or data-intensive applications\nFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)\nExperience with real-time systems or streaming architectures\nExposure to security, compliance, or government-focused environments\nCore Values & Expectations:\nImpact\nYou take full ownership and accountability for your work, consistently seeing projects through from inception to completion with a strong bias for action.
