systems.\nKey ResponsibilitiesIT Support & Helpdesk\nProvide first-level technical support to office and factory users. \nTroubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and email issues. \nInstall, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and scanners. \nSupport Microsoft Office, ERP systems, accounting software, and other business applications. \nSet up user accounts, passwords, and access permissions. \nMaintain IT inventory, software licenses, and asset records. \nPerform regular system updates, antivirus checks, and data backups. \nCoordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when necessary. \nManage, prioritize, track, and close IT service tickets according to SLA requirements through IT Ticket Management\nSupport meeting-room AV equipment, video conferencing, displays, projectors, and presentation systems where applicable.\nIdentify recurring IT issues and propose improvements to support processes, services, and user experience.\nNetwork & Infrastructure\nMonitor and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi network connectivity for office and factory. \nSupport internet, VPN, firewall, switches, and server operations. \nEnsure stable connectivity for factory production systems and devices. \nAssist in troubleshooting network downtime and system failures. \nFactory / Production Support\nProvide IT support for factory operations, including production PCs, barcode scanners, label printers, CCTV, and attendance systems. \nAssist in supporting manufacturing or warehouse systems where applicable. \nCoordinate with production teams to minimize operational disruptions caused by IT issues. \nCybersecurity & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures. \nMonitor and report potential cybersecurity threats or suspicious activities. \nSupport implementation of backup and disaster recovery procedures. \nEnsure confidentiality and security of company data and systems. \nDocumentation & Reporting\nMaintain proper documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting records. \nPrepare periodic reports on IT issues, maintenance activities, and asset status. \nRecommend improvements to enhance IT efficiency and reliability. \nQualifications Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. \nMinimum 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience preferred. \nBasic knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting. \nExperience supporting factory/manufacturing environments will be an advantage. \nGood problem-solving and communication skills. \nAble to work independently and respond promptly to IT issues. \nPreferred SkillsBasic knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing software. \nBasic knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls, Proxmox virtualization platform, NAS system, HPE Storage and network equipment would be advantage. \nBasic understanding of cybersecurity practices, Azure Entra ID and Windows Server. \nExperience with CCTV, biometric attendance systems, or barcode systems is an added advantage.\nSkills\nmanufacturing environment, Microsoft Office, access permissions,
