Then Acculogic Inc. is looking forward to meeting you!\nPosition Summary\nAs an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will be a key member of our manufacturing operations team responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, movement, issuance, and reconciliation of inventory. This role supports Production, work orders, and other departments by maintaining accurate inventory records in M2K and ensuring materials are properly documented, organized, stored, and available when needed.\nThe ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing and warehouse environment. This position requires strong attention to inventory accuracy, effective coordination across departments, and the ability to balance system-based inventory transactions with the physical movement and management of materials.\nThis position is full-time and onsite at our Markham, Ontario headquarters. This role supports the Acculogic business within the Electronic Test division of InTest Corporation.\nEssential Functions & Responsibilities\nTrack inventory movements in M2K and maintain accurate supporting inventory records\nMonitor inventory levels and identify shortages, low-stock conditions, and replenishment requirements\nPrepare purchase requisitions for materials requiring replenishment\nGenerate inventory usage, stock-level, turnover, and discrepancy reports as required\nSupport regular cycle counts and investigate discrepancies involving inventory quantities, transactions, and storage locations\nReview obsolete and slow-moving inventory and coordinate disposition or transfer as required\nReceive incoming materials and verify quantities, part numbers, and condition against applicable receiving documentation\nComplete required receiving and inventory transactions in M2K\nLabel, put away, organize, and maintain materials in designated inventory locations\nPick, issue, stage, deliver, and transfer materials required for work orders, Production, and other departmental needs\nReceive unused, excess, and returned materials and complete appropriate inventory transactions\nCreate work orders as directed and maintain accurate records of materials issued to work orders\nCoordinate with Finance and Operations to support work-order closing and month-end activities\nReview BOM accuracy while issuing materials and report discrepancies as identified\nSupport investigation of BOM-related material variances and provide inventory-related input to improve BOM accuracy\nMaintain organized and accurate internal and outside warehouse storage locations\nEnsure material movements between Inventory, Production, outside storage, and other departments are properly documented and traceable\nAssist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing materials as required\nProvide backup support for shipping and logistics activities during absences and peak workload periods\nCollaborate with Production, Purchasing, Finance, Operations, and Logistics to support material availability and inventory accuracy\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\n1-3 years of experience in inventory control, materials handling, warehousing, manufacturing, or a related environment preferred\nExperience working with an ERP, inventory management, or manufacturing system preferred\nBasic understanding of inventory control principles, including receiving, material movement, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation\nComfortable working with part numbers, work orders, bills of material, and inventory documentation\nBasic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other computer-based recordkeeping systems\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\nAbility to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with Production, Purchasing, Finance, Operations, and Logistics teams\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\n Preferred Qualifications\nPrevious inventory control or materials experience in a manufacturing environment\nExperience with M2K or a similar ERP system\nExperience with cycle counting and inventory discrepancy investigation\nExperience with manufacturing work orders and bills of material (BOMs)\nPrevious receiving, shipping, or warehouse experience\nPhysical Demands:\nMust be able to stand and walk for extended periods while working in inventory, warehouse, and production areas\nAbility to lift, carry, move, and handle inventory and materials as required.
