This position requires skillsets in experimental design, execution, data interpretation, and technical documentation.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITES\n· Design and perform specific experiments in support of R&D projects in NGS, Molecular or Cell Biology platforms.\n· Work with clinical team to validate and transfer tests to clinical diagnostic workflows\n· Work with Product Development Team to plan and execute R&D strategies\n· Assist with laboratory training and education of external team\n· Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\n· Perform clinical tests as needed after proper training\n· Prepare validation materials for review in adherence to regulatory agencies and requirements\n· Conduct routine lab duties as assigned by R&D supervisor\nRequirements\nRequired\n· Education: Ph.D. in Biological Sciences\n· Experience: Experience in molecular biology techniques.\nCOMPETENCIES\nDemonstrated success in technical documentation\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during test design, optimization and validation\nBioinformatics skills and knowledge is a plus\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT\nFrequently required to sit.\nFrequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.\nFrequently required to talk or hear.\nEEO Statement:\nAccuScan Sciences is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
