Write clean, scalable code needed to support the energy transition, including solar and batteries, EVs, grid analytics, etc.\n· Lead & Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including company leadership, designers, and other developers, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Lead and mentor junior developers.\n· Innovate: Investigate, prototype, and apply new technologies to drive innovation in enterprise software applications.\n· Optimize: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Continuously improve software development processes and contribute to team best practices.\n· Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, including troubleshooting and fixing issues as they arise.\nRequirements\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a Related Field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.\n2-5 years of experience in software development with a demonstrated ability to deliver software solutions in a professional setting.\nEffective competency in one or more compiled programming languages (Rust, C/C++), and one or more interpreted languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.)\nPreferred/Plus:\nStrong Background in Mathematics\nFormal ML Training, Agentic Systems Experience\nExperience with JSON, XML, DB Management, SQL, Kubernetes, and Scalable Open-Source DB Technologies.\nGeometry of Space, Graphics Development (DirectX, OpenGL), UI Design Experience\nPower Industry Experience\nFamiliarity with software development tools and frameworks (e.g., VS, VS Code, Git, Docker, Jenkins, etc.). \nAbout Us\nRenovo Automation develops practical software solutions for electric utilities and critical infrastructure operators.
