Your contributions will help us fulfill our mission of advancing the background screening experience through visibility and insights, empowering our clients to make smarter, unbiased decisions.\n\nJob Description:\nAtlassian Cloud Platform Ownership\nServe as the primary system owner for all Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.\nConfigure and maintain:Company-managed & team-managed Jira projects\nWorkflows, issue types, schemes, and automation rules\nCustom fields, permissions, roles, and global governance\n\nOversee user access, security, and compliance-including group management and permission audits.\nEvaluate, implement, and maintain Atlassian Marketplace apps.\nEnsure platform performance, stability, scalability, and adherence to best practices.\nService Management & On-Call Operations\nLead the design and rollout of a unified Jira Service Management service desk.\nConfigure and optimize:Request types, portals, queues, SLAs, reporting\nIncident, problem, and change management workflows\n\nPartner with Engineering and IT to support on-call processes, alerting integrations, and escalations.\nImprove service delivery through increased SLA compliance, faster resolution times, and better customer satisfaction.\n\nProject Management & Delivery\nManage and deliver cross-functional initiatives leveraging Atlassian tools.\nTranslate business and executive requirements into:Jira roadmaps\nProject delivery plans\nClear workflows and ownership models\n\nUsing Atlassian to streamline Service Desk and ticketing processes. \nLead execution by managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and communication.\nSupport operational, tooling, and process improvement programs.\nProcess, Reporting & User Enablement\nStandardize Jira usage across teams while balancing governance and flexibility.\nDevelop dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.\nDocument standards, configurations, and best practices.\nProvide training and enablement for users, PMs, and service desk agents.\nAct as a strategic advisor on when and how Atlassian tools should be used.\nThe Accurate Way:\nWe offer a fun, fast-paced environment, with lots of room for growth.
