The OHS Associate will perform a variety of complex tasks including customer service both internal and external. A successful OHS Associate will be eager to learn new and complex processes, as well as have a desire to achieve production and quality goals.\nResponsibilities:\nSchedule donor occupational health testing within vendor systems. \nProcess and complete drug and occupational health testing results to ensure delivery to clients.\nLearn and understand the regulated processes for both drug and occupational health testing. \nConsult with vendors, labs, clinics, and medical review services on abnormal test situations or results.\nWork with internal teams to assist clients.\nRespond to incoming calls or emails from clients, internal departments, and vendors requesting information test results.\nMeeting attendance, production and quality standards of the company/department. \nRecords details of all calls and tasks, as well as actions taken, into Salesforce. \nOther duties related as assigned by management.\nMeets Accurate Background’s Employment Screening quality standards for services by adhering to client guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures.\nContributes to team effort in maintaining service level agreements (SLA) \nContribute to a positive team environment.\nContribute to creating and maintaining work instructions and Milo flow charts.\nAbility to multitask, make decisions, and work independently and well as with a team. \n Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or relevant experience may be substituted for formal education.\nAble to complete work with minimal errors under limited supervision required. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive) required. \nAbility to multitask (i.e., read or type while talking on the phone) required. \nStrong written and verbal comprehension and expression skills required. \nAbility to type 35+ WPM required. \nPrevious experience with CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce) preferred. \nMust take ownership, be open, work as one, and stay curious. \nThis position pays $16.00. an hour.\nPay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan.
