This role is responsible for maintaining secure and scalable operational standards while leading technical projects, automation initiatives, and platform improvements across the organization.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on technical engineer with strong experience in Microsoft 365, identity and access management, endpoint administration, infrastructure support, and operational process improvement.\nResponsibilities:\nAdminister and maintain Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and related Microsoft platforms.\n\nManage identity and access management, SSO, SCIM, Conditional Access, MFA, and user lifecycles.\n\nSupport Windows and MacOS endpoint environments, including provisioning, compliance, patching, and zero-touch deployment workflows.\n\nSupport and maintain office infrastructure including networks, servers, and conference room technologies.\n\nLead technical projects from planning through implementation and operational support transition.\n\nDevelop automation, documentation, SOPs, and operational standards to improve efficiency and scalability\n\nPartner cross-functionally with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and business stakeholders\n\nAct as an L3 escalation resource for complex technical and operational incidents.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in Technical Operations, Systems Administration, or related IT Engineering roles\n\nStrong experience with Microsoft 365 Administration\n\nExperience with endpoint management, device compliance, and identity governance\n\nExperience supporting enterprise infrastructure and networking environments\n\nExperience with PowerShell scripting and automation\n\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and project ownership skills\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with JAMF, Defender, Purview, Cisco, and AWS\n\nExperience supporting Zero Trust and security modernization initiatives\n\nFamiliarity with Jira service management and Confluence.\n\nRelevant Microsoft or security certifications.\n\nWorking Conditions\nHybrid position based in Irvine, California, requiring 2 days per week in the office.\n\nOccasional after-hours support may be required for maintenance windows or incidents\n\nThis role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Technical Operations\n\nThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 - $110,000. Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training.
