This role is responsible for managing Atlassian ticket queues, supporting Jira administration activities, coordinating monthly CAPEX reporting, maintaining operational dashboards, administering SharePoint content, and enabling accurate executive reporting through the Microsoft 365 platform. \nThe ideal candidate combines strong Jira and Confluence expertise with analytical, reporting, coordination, and practical AI skills. They will act as a central point of contact for operational workflows, helping ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, reporting consistency, timely execution of cross-functional initiatives, and responsible use of AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and decision support.\nAtlassian Platform Operations\nManage and triage incoming Jira and Jira Service Management tickets. \nMonitor ticket queues and ensure adherence to SLAs. \nCoordinate with Technology, Product, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to route and resolve tickets. \nMaintain Jira project configurations, workflows, issue types, fields, dashboards, and permissions. \nSupport Confluence space administration, documentation management, and knowledge-base maintenance. \nAssist with user provisioning, access reviews, and license administration. \nTrack and report on ticket volumes, trends, SLA performance, and backlog health. \nSupport Atlassian governance initiatives and platform standardization efforts. \nCAPEX Reporting & Financial Governance\nPrepare and maintain monthly CAPEX reporting packages. \nValidate Jira data used for capitalization reporting. \nEnsure CAPEX-related fields are completed accurately and consistently. \nPartner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Finance teams to resolve data quality issues. \nSupport monthly audit reviews and CAPEX compliance activities. \nCreate and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into CAPEX utilization and project investment tracking. \nHelp automate data collection and reporting processes using Jira and Microsoft tools. \nSharePoint & Knowledge Management\nManage Technology SharePoint sites and document libraries. \nMaintain project repositories, operational documentation, governance materials, and reporting artifacts. \nEnsure documents remain current, organized, and easily accessible. \nSupport creation of collaboration workspaces for strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs. \nReporting & Analytics\nDevelop recurring operational reports and executive dashboards. \nConsolidate information from Jira, SharePoint, Excel, and Power BI. \nProduce weekly and monthly KPI reports for leadership. \nAnalyze trends and identify opportunities for process improvement. \nSupport audit, compliance, and governance reporting requirements. \nAI Enablement & Automation\nUse Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI tools to summarize information, draft operational content, analyze trends, and streamline routine reporting tasks. \nIdentify opportunities to apply AI and automation across Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and reporting workflows. \nValidate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and alignment with company policies. \nSupport documentation, adoption, and responsible-use practices for AI-enabled operational processes. \nCross-Functional Coordination\nAct as liaison between Technology, Product, Finance, PMO, Infrastructure, Security, and vendor teams. \nFollow up on outstanding actions and track key operational deliverables. \nCoordinate operational governance meetings and prepare supporting materials. \nMaintain action logs, RAID logs, and operational trackers. \nSupport strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned. \nThe Accurate Way:\nWe offer a fun, fast-paced environment, with lots of room for growth.
