Job Description: Position Summary The Workday HRIS Specialist is responsible for supporting and enhancing our Workday environment with a primary focus on Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking (PATT) and reporting modules. This role will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for configuration, maintenance, and optimization of these modules. The Specialist will partner closely with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to ensure system accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Additionally, this role will provide backup support for Benefits and Compensation modules, ensuring continuity across key HR systems.
