In this vital role, the Onsite Supervisor will manage the field employee workforce, enforce safety protocols, support client needs proactively, resolve issues in real-time, support attendance and payroll tasks and enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities & Competencies Manage field employees, including attendance, transfer requests, coaching and terminations. Approach customer service with flexibility and availability for both client and associates. Maintain accurate records and documentation, providing accurate reporting to client and Accurate. Monitor timeclock usage and create and run daily reports for attendance and payroll purposes. Walk the floor of the entire site at least 3x daily to
