documentation.\n\nSupport employee confirmation, transfer and other employee lifecycle activities.\n\nContribute to preparing HR reports, trackers and MIS as required.\n\nSupport in employee engagement activities, celebrations and HR events.\n\nCreate and coordinate HR posters, notices and internal communication material.\n\nPrepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and maintain meeting-related records.\n\nSupport the HR team in organizing documents required for audits and compliance-related activities.\n\nWillingness to learn practical HR Operations processes and develop hands-on knowledge
