The team works in a collaborative, Agile environment focused on scalable engineering, cloud-native architecture, and high-quality delivery across both frontend and backend domains.\nThe Impact:\nThis role directly contributes to the development of mission-critical platform services used by multiple products and teams across the business. You will help deliver secure, high-performing, and maintainable solutions that support high-load processing environments—some handling approximately 3 million transactions per day with response times around 200 milliseconds.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and enhance cloud-native applications across frontend and backend layers, contributing to reliable and maintainable end-to-end solutions running in AWS.\nBuild and improve UI components using modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React, including work within a micro frontends architecture.\nDevelop and maintain backend services using C# .NET Core and Web APIs, and integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and shared platform services.\nParticipate in design discussions, code reviews, Agile Scrum ceremonies, and engineering best practices to continuously improve existing solutions and team delivery.\nImplement automated tests for frontend and backend components, and support quality, performance, and maintainability through adherence to development standards.\nWork with Docker and Kubernetes to support deployments, and assist with production support activities including monitoring, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and technical documentation.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nKey qualifications:\nDegree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n3–5 years of software development experience, including hands-on work across frontend and backend tasks.\nExperience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular or React) and backend development using .NET Core / Web API.\nUnderstanding of REST APIs, basic microservices architecture, AWS, and modern software delivery practices.\nKey soft skills:\nProactive attitude with a willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of assigned work.\nStrong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with Product Owners, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nGood problem-solving ability, with a focus on usability, performance, and maintainability.\nGood spoken and written English (B1+/B2 level), with the ability to communicate clearly in a distributed team environment.\nThe Location:\nThis role is intended for candidates based in Poland. The specific work model and office expectations can be confirmed during the recruitment process.\nCompensation/Benefits Information:\nAccuris states that the anticipated base salary budget for this position is PLN 20,000 gross per month, plus a target 5% annual bonus. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s experience, qualifications, and local market alignment.
