Shipping Coordinators also communicates with customers to coordinate outbound shipments, maintains accurate record of all received products, and assists in resolving inventory discrepancies.Essential Functions:\nEffectively communicate with Quality Dept, to ensure that all shipping parts are properly identified and shop orders are matched to corresponding parts\nMaintain traceability for all parts, including those with special identification \nCommunicate with Quality Dept that all finished parts are ready for final inspection \nPrepare, review and maintain shipping documents, packing slips/packets, and associated paperwork\nSchedule shipment pickups through customer-based portals and other carriers\nAssist with packing/wrapping and label products for outbound shipments\nVerify inventory accuracy through routine inventory cycle count activities\nWork closely with production, and planning teams to prioritize outbound shipments\nReview/Validation of certifications\nMaintain digital records of all certifications and shipping documentation\nEnter data into shipping tracking platforms and inventory software\nMay operate motor vehicle to obtain or deliver parts and supplies needed\nPerforms other tasks and/or assignments as required\nRegular attendance on-site at the workplace is required\nQualifications and Experience:\nHigh School diploma or GED equivalent\nTwo years of relevant logistics/shipping experience\nOther Required Skills and Abilities:\nProfessional written and verbal communication skills (English)\nConsistently legible handwriting (English)\nAbility to read and accurately interpret bills of lading, and similar inventory documents\nStrong attention to detail and demonstration of accurate counting, measurement, and associated recordkeeping\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word \nValid Driver's license and acceptable safe driving record to meet insurance requirements\nERP experience is preferred\nPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentTo perform the essential functions of the role, employees must be able to perform the following activities with or without reasonable accommodations:\nRegularly stand and walk throughout the facility, stand for long periods to perform job duties\nRegularly lift, carry (short distances), and push/pull up to 60 pounds\nFrequently bend, crawl, stoop, squat, or kneel\nAccurately distinguish colors, letters, and numbers\nVisual acuity to interpret readings on gauges and other measuring devices\nUse hands and fingers to manually inspect and assess, lift, rotate, and wrap or otherwise package parts\nWorking Conditions\nWork is performed in a manufacturing warehouse environment where working conditions may vary significantly;
