We're human too and know what it means to take care of you and your property.\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking a Contract Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of departments. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and can independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle. In addition to recruiting responsibilities, the Recruiter will assist with onboarding coordination and support key hiring-related administrative processes.\nGeneral Responsibilities:\nManage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. \nPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. \nCreate and post job advertisements across various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. \nProactively source qualified candidates through online recruiting tools, networking, referrals, and talent databases. \nConduct candidate phone screens and initial assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit. \nCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. \nMaintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. \nTrack and manage candidate activity within the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate recruiting records.\nCoordinate onboarding logistics, including scheduling orientation sessions, collecting employment documentation, and facilitating new hire setup. \nMaintain accurate candidate and employee information within Paylocity and other HR systems. \nSupport onboarding-related data entry and documentation processes. \nPerform other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications:\n3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in homeowners' insurance, construction, or restoration industry\nIndependent contractor position. \nAvailable 40 hours per week. Flexible schedule based on hiring needs and recruitment activity. \nFamiliarity with HRIS systems, specifically Paylocity and recruiting operations \nHigh attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality\ncomfortable working independently, managing multiple requisitions, and delivering a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.\nExcellent verbal, electronic, and written communication, and customer service skills\nWork with peers and all departments for the common goals of the organization\nAbility to utilize technology devices, software and applications, previous experience with Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer skills required\nReliable high speed home broadband internet connection with minimum 25 meg download and 10 meg upload speeds and ability to connect to home internet via ethernet cord is required if working remotely\nAccuserve’s Human Centric Value Proposition:\nAccuserve is built on a foundation of community, fostering valuable connections, and creating an innovative approach to help you navigate the insurance landscape.
