projects.\nJob Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Planning Department and oversee all planning and scheduling activities.\n\nDevelop, review, and monitor project baseline schedules and master programs.\n\nOversee project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.\n\nMonitor project performance against approved schedules and contractual milestones.\n\nReview and analyze contractors' and subcontractors' schedules.\n\nPrepare and review progress reports, S-curves, resource plans, and performance dashboards.\n\nConduct critical path analysis and assess the impact of delays and variations.\n\nCoordinate with project management, technical, construction, and other departments.\n\nEnsure effective resource allocation and compliance with project deadlines.\n\nProvide strategic planning support and recommendations to senior management.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.\n\n15+ years of experience in planning and project controls within engineering consultancy or construction projects.\n\nProven experience in managing and leading planning teams.\n\nStrong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and project control techniques.\n\nExcellent proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.\n\nStrong experience in delay analysis, claims, and critical path methodology.\n\nExcellent analytical, leadership, communication, and reporting skills.\n\nPrevious experience with large-scale and mega projects is highly
