Proposal Manager & Business Development

• Lead and manage the end-to-end proposal development process for engineering and construction projects.

• Review RFPs, RFQs, tender documents, and client requirements to ensure a clear understanding of project scope and submission criteria.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to collect, consolidate, and review technical and commercial inputs.

• Prepare, review, and manage high-quality technical and financial proposals in line with client requirements and tender specifications.

• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, quality standards, and submission deadlines.

• Support bid strategies, tender planning, and business development initiatives by providing relevant analysis and strategic insights.

• Maintain accurate and well-organized proposal documentation and records.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in engineering consultancy, construction, or infrastructure projects is preferred.

• Proven experience in preparing, coordinating, and managing technical and commercial proposals.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as relevant Adobe tools.

• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and meet tight deadlines.
