Internship Admin Operation Support Intern

About the role

Assist in daily administrative and operational activities, including shipment monitoring, data entry, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and courier operations.

Responsibility

• Assists with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day workflows
• Assists in communicating with client in person, by phone, or through social media platforms in ensuring product or services enquiry answered.
• Assist in documentation recording and filing
• Assists in processing product/service order using company provided software according to company procedure
• Assist in promoting/marketing company product/service online and/or offline.
• Assist in handling local and international shipment. Make sure all shipment comply to rules and regulations. Learn import and export regulation.
• Assists in processing payments and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member and assist in completing all allocated tasks.
• Attending and participating in client/HQ meetings and trainings.
• Adhere to company policies, including security and safety rules.
• Keeping a log of everything learned.

Requirements

Minimum Requirement

• Must at least currently pursuing Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study.
• Internship duration at least 16 weeks or 4 months
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess basic computer and printer operation skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
