The Project Engineer will assist the onsite Superintendent with the control and organization of product documentation and detailed phase-by-phase tracking.\nPreferred Job Skills:\nAble to demonstrate advanced computer and keyboard skills to include MS Office Suite.\nAcute attention to detail and organizational skills. \nAbility to maintain required levels of confidentiality when entrusted with sensitive business, customer, or employee related information.\nAbility to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.\nAble to maintain high levels of productivity, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy.\nEffective and professional communicator, both written and verbal.\nAble to maintain a pleasant customer service attitude while under pressure.\nHigh level of professional business acumen.\nMandatory Hiring Requirements:\nReferences, Background Check, Drug Screen Testing, Valid Driver’s License.\nResponsibilities:\nTracks and analyzes labor productivity.\nTracks General Contractor schedule. \nTracks Fabrication schedule. \nCoordinates material deliveries to job site and staging those materials as needed.\nMaintains and tracks onsite material inventory as needed.\nSupport for timekeeping as needed.\nAttends job site meetings with Superintendent. \nWorks with the Project Manager and the Superintendent during planning/construction estimate phase to clearly defined and trackable task orders.\nProvides administrative support and/or tracking of other items such as schedules, meeting notes, safety inspection and daily logs.\nAdditional Responsibilities:\nAssists with scheduling meetings.\nAssist onsite personnel with administrative support.\nInvolved in task order breakout.\nInvolved in construction estimate and counts.\nOverall field-install-material control.Pre-loading/pre-scheduling BoM’s to be delivered at specific phases of the project.\nCreating and issuing staging plans to vendors\nManaging material handlers as needed\n\nDetermines what unit type by which to measure task order progress.\nMaintains highlighted progress drawings.\nPhoto documentation.\nCoordinates equipment.Order and communicate with vendors.\nTrack and release equipment\n\nSubmission and/or tracking of:RFIs\nSubmittals\nChange Orders\n\nPosition Requirements:\nLicense:Valid state driver's license as required by job conditions or by the company.\nCertification: None required.\nEducation: Bachelor of Science in Building Construction or similar required. \nExperience: Electrical experience preferred, but not required. \nWorking Conditions:\nWork in a climate-controlled office setting with varying degrees of stress and time pressure.\nConsiderable amount of time making repetitive motions.\nConsiderable amount of time sitting.\nConsiderable amount of time using telephone and computer.\nSounds and noise levels may be distracting or uncomfortable.\nWear personal protective equipment as required.\nAble to work 40 hours per week plus overtime as required, to include night shifts and out-of-town work if required.\nRequired Physical/Mental Functions:\nComprehend and practice safe work procedures as
