Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Entry-level candidates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of Manual Software Testing concepts.
• Familiarity with SDLC and STLC preferred.
• Understanding of test cases, test scenarios, and defect reporting.
• Basic knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Exposure to Jira or another defect-management tool is a plus.
• Basic SQL or API Testing knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and testing processes.
• Willingness to participate in a technical readiness evaluation.
