NUnit, or XUnit.\n\n- Design and implement robust distributed systems, leveraging experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, UDP) to ensure scalability, reliability and secure communication.\n\n- Implement security best practices to ensure compliance and data protection.\n\n- Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous learning within the team.\n\n- Work with a team of software engineers to add functionality and improve and upgrade our autonomous vehicle command and control software.\n\n- Provide insight on forward-looking technical roadmaps and architectural designs.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications :\n\nTechnical Expertise :\n\n- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, Typescript, React 18 and MVVM architecture.\n\n- Proficiency in XAML, UI controls, data binding, and WPF animations.\n\n- Experience with multi-threading, async/await, and performance tuning for WPF applications.\n\n- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Web API integration, and microservices architecture.\n\n- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot, with working knowledge of context engineering, agentic workflows, MCP, A2A, and agent skills.\n\n- SQL Server, Entity Framework, or other database experience for managing application data.\n\n- Strong Experience with unit testing frameworks (XUnit, NUnit, MSTest) for desktop applications.\n\n- Hands-on experience with networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP and related protocols.\n\n- Experience in Git, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins for version control and automation.\n\n- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.\n\n- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.\n\nNice to Have :\n\n- Experience with third-party UI libraries like Telerik, DevExpress or Infragistics.\n\n- Experience with 3D scanning tools, Understanding of CAD files.\n\n- Familiarity with WinUI and UWP as future
