and offshoring.\n\nJob Summary : \n\nAceNet Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Lead Backend Developer with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and leading scalable backend solutions using Python, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft Azure. \n\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting enterprise-grade backend systems, defining API and microservices standards, mentoring development teams, and delivering secure, high-performance applications while ensuring adherence to architecture governance and coding best practices.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Architect, design, and develop scalable backend solutions using Python, Node.js, and Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.\n\n- Define and implement RESTful API standards and microservices architecture.\n\n- Design, develop, and optimize PostgreSQL database systems for high availability and performance.\n\n- Ensure backend applications are scalable, secure, reliable, and highly performant.\n\n- Lead backend development activities and mentor engineering teams.\n\n- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.\n\n- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and API access control mechanisms.\n\n- Drive backend performance optimization, monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.\n\n- Deploy and manage backend applications on Microsoft Azure App Services.\n\n- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions.\n\n- Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture governance, and development best practices.\n\n- Support end-to-end system integration and enterprise solution delivery.\n\n- Utilize SQL to analyze data, develop database architecture, system integration, and enterprise application development.\n\n- Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.\n\n- Excellent communication, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nGood to have : \n\n- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and
