# Creative Strategist

About the Role As our Creative Strategist, you will own creative performance from audience insight through concept development, testing, and optimization, turning consumer behavior and performance data into creative strategies that drive measurable growth. This is a highly hands-on, analytical role for someone who combines strong creative instincts with a deep understanding of direct-response marketing, customer psychology, and paid social performance. You’ll research audiences, develop new concepts and angles, analyze creative performance, and continuously identify opportunities to improve what we test and how we scale winning ideas.
