:\n\nData Extraction & Preparation :\n\n- Write, execute, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL scripts.\n\n- Extract, clean, transform, and validate data from databases, APIs, flat files, and other sources.\n\n- Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure data accuracy and integrity.\n\n- Analyze large datasets and prepare data for reporting and business decision-making.\n\nReporting & Visualization :\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools.\n\n- Present complex data and analytical findings in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.\n\n- Automate reporting processes wherever possible to improve efficiency and accuracy.\n\nBusiness Acumen & Communication :\n\n- Translate complex analytical findings into clear and actionable business recommendations.\n\n- Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand analytical requirements and define KPIs.\n\n- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.\n\n- Interact directly with clients and effectively explain complex data insights, trends, and nuances.\n\n- Act as a subject matter expert on data and analytics for relevant business areas.\n\nMentorship & Leadership :\n\n- Lead, guide, and mentor Data Analysts and Team Leads.\n\n- Share best practices and support the professional development of team members.\n\n- Provide guidance on the design and implementation of data analysis and reporting solutions.\n\n- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analytics processes, methodologies, and tools.\n\n- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and data science.\n\nQualifications :\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.\n\n- 7+ years of progressive experience as a Data Analyst/Data Analytics professional, with significant experience in a senior or managerial role.\n\n- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.\n\n- Proven experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar data visualization tools.\n\n- Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts.\n\n- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\n\n- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\n\n- Proven ability to lead, guide, and mentor teams.\n\n- Strong client interaction and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- Prior experience working with Google and PLEX environments.\n\n- Experience with
