data-driven decision-making across the organization.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nData Extraction, Processing & Analysis :\n\n- Write, execute, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes.\n\n- Extract, clean, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and flat files.\n\n- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by identifying and resolving data quality issues.\n\n- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.\n\n- Develop and maintain scalable data models and analytical frameworks.\n\nReporting & Data Visualization :\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.\n\n- Present complex data in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner for technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Automate recurring reports and dashboards to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.\n\n- Monitor key business metrics and provide regular performance insights.\n\nBusiness Partnership & Stakeholder Management :\n\n- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations that support strategic business decisions.\n\n- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments including Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Business Leadership.\n\n- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.\n\n- Prepare and deliver insightful presentations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.\n\n- Serve as a subject matter expert for data analysis and business intelligence initiatives.\n\nTeam Leadership & Mentorship :\n\n- Lead, mentor, and support a team of data analysts by providing technical guidance and professional development opportunities.\n\n- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to data analytics best practices.\n\n- Drive continuous improvement in analytical methodologies, reporting processes, and data governance standards.\n\n- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.\n\n- Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and technologies in analytics, business intelligence, and data science.\n\nRequired Qualifications :\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.\n\n- 6+ years of progressive experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field, including experience in a senior or leadership role.\n\n- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.\n\n- Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent.\n\n- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and large-scale datasets.\n\n- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\n\n- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\n\n- Proven ability to lead teams, mentor analysts, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- Prior experience working in Google or PLX environments.\n\n- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\n\n- Familiarity with Big Data technologies and modern analytics ecosystems.\n\n- Knowledge of data governance, data security, and compliance best practices.\n\n- Exposure
