the Role : \n\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of technical products that leverage cutting-edge technology to solve high-impact business challenges.\n\nProduct Strategy & Roadmap : \n\n- Define and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy focused on technical innovation.\n\n- Translate high-level business goals into detailed technical requirements, product specifications, and user stories.\n\n- Prioritize product features based on data-driven insights, customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.\n\n- Define and manage product roadmaps, milestones, and priorities.\n\n- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate product performance and ensure quality standards are met.\n\n- Drive products through the complete lifecycle from concept and development to launch and continuous improvement.\n\nData Strategy & Governance : \n\n- Define the roadmap for data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and business intelligence dashboards.\n\n- Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to align data capabilities with product and business objectives.\n\n- Ensure data quality, reliability, and trustworthiness across products and analytical solutions.\n\n- Support compliance with data privacy and governance requirements.\n\n- Collaborate with legal, business, engineering, and data teams on data strategy and governance.\n\nCollaboration & Leadership : \n\n- Drive alignment across Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Business teams.\n\n- Develop and support robust Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and technical documentation.\n\n- Communicate complex technical concepts and product value propositions clearly to executive leadership and external stakeholders.\n\n- Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring technical feasibility aligns with commercial objectives.\n\n- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality technical products.\n\nRequirements : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.\n\n- MBA is preferred.\n\n- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with significant experience focused on technical, AI-driven, or data-centric products.\n\n- Proven track record of delivering complex and scalable technical products from concept to launch.\n\n- Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and product lifecycle management.\n\n- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.\n\n- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and structured problem-solving abilities.\n\n- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and complex business and technical environments.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Experience with GCP or other cloud platforms.\n\n- Familiarity with MLOps and deploying machine learning models into production.\n\n- Experience working with AI/ML-driven products.\n\n- Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible AI, and data privacy.\n\n- Experience working closely with Data Science and Engineering
