construction specialists.\n\nAbout the Role\nAcePLP is looking for an experienced Senior BIM/CAD Engineer to support the delivery of BIM and CAD projects across the built environment industry.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for producing and coordinating high-quality BIM models and technical drawings, supporting project teams, resolving modelling and coordination issues, and ensuring project deliverables meet client and industry requirements.\nThis role is suitable for an experienced BIM professional who is technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while guiding junior team members.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, manage, and maintain BIM models and CAD drawings throughout different stages of a project.\nProduce accurate drawings, models, schedules, and other project documentation based on design and project requirements.\nCoordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP models to identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues.\nReview BIM models and drawings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.\nSupport BIM coordination meetings and communicate technical issues with project stakeholders.\nAssist in the preparation and implementation of BIM standards, workflows, templates, and modelling guidelines.\nManage model updates, revisions, file exchanges, and drawing submissions.\nPerform quality checks on BIM models and CAD deliverables before submission.\nSupport project teams in troubleshooting BIM and CAD-related technical issues.\nGuide and mentor junior BIM/CAD Engineers and Modellers where required.\nCoordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and other project stakeholders.\nEnsure project deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and quality requirements.\nSupport digital delivery initiatives and the adoption of new BIM technologies and workflows.\n\nRequirements\nDiploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Building Services, or a related discipline.\n\nMinimum 2 years experience in BIM modelling, coordination, and CAD production within the AEC industry.\n\nStrong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.\n\nExperience in one or more disciplines such as Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing modelling.\n\nGood understanding of BIM coordination, documentation, and project delivery processes.\n\nAbility to interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and engineering drawings.\n\nExperience working with linked and federated BIM models.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to identify modelling and drawing discrepancies.\n\nGood communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAble to work independently and manage multiple project requirements.\n\nSkills\nAutodesk Revit, Liaising with project stakeholders, Construction, BIM (Building Information Modeling), Development, Model Deployment, Documentation, Architectural
