If the role sparks your curiosity and motivation, we’re open to the right candidate and want to connect with you.\nWhat We Offer\nA key role in a growing international organization\n\nBase salary: €3500 - €5500 per month + commissions €1000 - €2000 (no upper limit)\n\nThe base salary depends on your experience and industry knowledge\n\nCommission levels are based on agreed sales targets\n\nLocation: Vantaa, Finland - office-first, with flexibility when needed\n\nUnlimited opportunities for personal and career growth in an international company\n\nThorough onboarding and continuous support to help you succeed\n\nYour Role\nAs an Account Executive, you’ll take full ownership of your pipeline - turning new opportunities into lasting customer relationships through a consultative and solution-driven approach.\nYour success is supported by the SDR team, marketing, and our international sales organization with its tools, best practices, and expertise.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and forecast your sales pipeline\n\nUnderstand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions\n\nConduct meetings and product demonstrations\n\nNegotiate and close deals\n\nCollaborate closely with SDR, marketing, and customer success teams\n\nMaintain CRM accuracy and achieve (or exceed) your sales targets\n\nWhat We Value\nExperience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or technology\n\nProven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals\n\nStrong communication and negotiation skills, both in Finnish and in English\n\nA customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset\n\nExperience using CRM systems\n\nProactive, self-driven attitude\n\nKnowledge of the construction or building-technology sector is an advantage\n\nGoal-oriented approach and a passion for learning and development\n\nNot ticking every box?
