Development Opportunities\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain integrated production plans and schedules to meet customer orders and delivery timelines\n\nTranslate sales orders and forecasts into work orders, production sequences, and shopfloor schedules\n\nCoordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, and Production teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time completion\n\nMonitor production progress, identify delays, and take proactive actions to resolve bottlenecks\n\nEnsure availability of materials, components, and resources in alignment with production schedules\n\nPlan and schedule inspection, calibration, and testing activities in compliance with Ex-proof standards (e.g., IECEx / ATEX)\n\nMaintain accurate data in Synergix ERP systems\n\nCommunicate regularly with Sales and Customer Service on order status and delivery commitments\n\nAnalyze production performance and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times\n\nRequirements\nDiploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field\n\n2–5 years of experience in production planning and/or scheduling in a manufacturing environment\n\nExperience in instrumentation, oil & gas equipment, or precision engineering is an advantage\n\nStrong understanding of ERP systems and production workflows\n\nGood knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, testing, calibration)\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to changes\n\nStrong communication and coordination skills across
