You will be part of and work directly with the leadership team to lead all talent acquisition onboarding and engagement. \n\nWhat Youll Do:\n\nOwn end-to-end talent acquisition for all roles building strong talent pipelines.\n\nPartner with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and define role requirements.\n\nLead initiatives that strengthen our culture engagement and retention.\n\nMonitor and improve our brand publicly as a great place to work.\n\nImplement performance management and recognition programs aligned with our values.\n\nUse data and insights to continuously improve hiring and staff retention.\n\nWho You Are:\n\n58 years in recruiting or talent acquisition for a small to mid-size organization.\n\nSkilled at sourcing hiring and onboarding top talent.\n\nExperienced in shaping culture and employee engagement programs.\n\nStrong communicator collaborator and influencer.\n\nData-driven organized and able to manage multiple initiatives independently.\n\nPassionate about learning and helping people grow.\n\nExperience with the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) is a plus.\n\nJob Details:\n\nType: Full-Time\n\nSchedule: Flexible schedule with a minimum of 4 hours overlap during the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (New York) business day.\n\nRemote: 100% Online\n\nRequired Skills:\nOwn end-to-end talent acquisition for all roles building strong talent pipelines.
