This position requires understanding of positive behavioral approaches to implement programming as directed by behavioral and habilitation implementation plans. This position is responsible for immediate and accurate documentation of programming and interventions services. Effective coordination with the behaviorist, supervisors, and co-workers are required to maintain a high quality of life for the individual.\n1. Implement Behavior Plans\nFollow the behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs designed by the BCBA.\nUse evidence-based strategies rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).\n2. Data Collection and Documentation\nAccurately record data on client behavior, such as frequency, duration, or intensity in the company's note system \nMaintain clear documentation in a timely manner to track progress and guide treatment decisions.\n3. Skill Acquisition\nTeach clients new skills, such as communication, social, daily living, and academic skills.\nUse ABA methods like prompting, reinforcement, and shaping.\n4. Behavior Reduction\nImplement strategies to decrease challenging or maladaptive behaviors.\nEnsure these strategies are consistently applied as outlined in the treatment plan.\n5. Professional Conduct and Ethics\nAdhere to the BACB® RBT Ethics Code, including confidentiality, professionalism, and client dignity.\nWork only within their scope of competence and under supervision.\n6. Collaboration and Supervision\nRegularly meet with the supervising BCBA/BCaBA for guidance, feedback, and performance review.\nCommunicate observations or concerns to the supervising behavior analyst.\n7. Support Across Settings\nWork with clients in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.\nCollaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation.\nLANGUAGE SKILLS: Demonstrates willingness to try new tasks; generates new ideas for change; evaluates and recognizes priorities; selects effective team members, challenges others to learn, keeps current and integrates new information, communicates and models organization values, fosters high performance; recognizes need for and provides adequate resources.\nREASONING ABILITY: Ability to define and solve problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
