We are committed to supporting one another and growing together as a team.\nTHE OPPORTUNITY\nThis is an Exempt, Full-Time role, expected to work approximately 40 hours per week.\nReporting to the Senior Vice President, Partner Insights & Operations, the Data Insights & Operations Manager will lead how ANet turns data into insights that school and system leaders use to make decisions. Insights is one of ANet’s biggest bets: data is only as valuable as the insights drawn from it, and this role makes sure decision makers can make meaning of relevant data quickly and at scale.\nThe Data Insights & Operations Manager will be responsible for shaping and leading the production of insights for our partners, and ensuring there is the right data to create those insights through cross functional collaboration.\nTRAVEL\nApproximately 2 times a year\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nLead the production of standardized and partner insights\nShape and execute the approach for content and delivery of partner insights - standardized and partner specific \nEnsure clear roles and responsibilities for production and distribution of insights \nReview qualitative and quantitative data alongside the team to ensure insights are achieving intended outcomes \nIdentify opportunities to build efficiency, precision, and actionability into partner insights (standardized and partner specific)\nPilot other approaches to insight generation and visualization aimed at scaling standardized insight delivery \nBuild efficiency, precision and actionability into insights, and pilot new approaches to generation and visualization (including AI) to scale delivery without proportional headcount.\nEnsure the right data exists to produce those insights\nPartner with Product, Partner Experience & Impact, Design & Innovation, Marketing and Sales so insight needs are reflected in what’s collected and how systems connect.\nDefine and maintain ownership, access and quality standards for the data that feeds insights.\nCollaborates with Product, Partner Experience & Impact, Design & Innovation, Marketing, and Sales to ensure organizational measurement needs are captured and reflected in systems \nManage and develop the analyst team\nManage and develop Data & Insights analysts\nBuild tools, templates, and QA routines that let analysts scale work\nCOMPETENCIES\nIn order to be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following:\nCritical Thinking & Data Orientation: Prioritizes which information is of greatest value, recognizes and reconciles discrepancies across sources, and extracts sophisticated insight from complex, multi-source data.\nConsiders the implications of data disaggregation and ensures they are routinely applied when generating solutions or making decisions.\nCommunicates the implications of data within the department and offers tailored guidance based on insights.\n\nPlanning and Prioritization: Builds contingencies into plans for known barriers so nearly all work is delivered on time, and organizes complex work that needs input from across the team and other departments.\nBrings a solution orientation to harder obstacles and asks for help early to keep project goals and timelines on track.\n\nCommunication:Produces concise, professional writing and communicates with precision; speaks fluently about the team’s goals and how they map to day-to-day decisions.\nActively seeks out stakeholders’ points of view across functions (Product, Engineering, Marketing, analysts), with empathy and awareness of how bias affects interpretation.\n\nManagementHas experience managing and developing a team, and will manage and develop the Data & Insights analysts\nAdjusts management style to the needs of each direct report\nAllocates time to grow analysts’ skills and remove barriers, with attention to equitable coaching and development\nDevelops structures, systems, and practices that let analysts work autonomously without sacrificing quality\n\nIdeal candidates may also demonstrate the following preferred qualifications:\n4+ years of related experience. \nExperience using technical tools and analyzing data in spreadsheets across sources such as Retool, Salesforce, Tableau, and HubSpot\nExperience using AI tools such as Claude\nExperience working in education or the education sector\nBENEFITS & COMPENSATION\nWe offer comprehensive benefits to best support our people. New hires will start between the range minimum and midpoint ($80,376- $100,470)based on qualifications assessed during the hiring process, past experience, and internal equity.
