Product Director who leads our Member Experience portfolio.\nYou’ll work in a true product triad with a Product Designer and a Lead Engineer, sharing direction and delivery rather than handing off innovation is encouraged and your voice truly matters.\nHow you'll shape our Milestone and Celebration experiences:\nSet the roadmap and lead the work alongside your Product Designer and Lead Engineer, across web, mobile, and the channels we integrate with.\nUnderstand the admins and program owners who run recognition and the employees who receive it, and turn what you learn into clear priorities.\nImprove the automation that spots employee milestones and sends timely, personal celebrations without creating extra work for admins.\nKeep the experience feeling personal and authentic rather than automated and generic.\nUse data, research, and experimentation to guide decisions and measure impact, including participation, recipient response, on-time delivery, and engagement.\nWork with enterprise customers and teams across Achievers to understand their programs, cultural norms, and configuration needs in different regions.\nMake sure celebration experiences work at global scale, with localization, multiple languages, and culturally appropriate recognition across regions.\nMentor and coach other Product Managers, raising the standard of the work without managing anyone directly.\nExperience we feel will set you up for success:\n5+ years of hand-on product management experience, shipping digital products end to end in SaaS or B2B2C.\nAdvanced experience in a product triad, or close partnership with Design and Engineering with shared ownership of strategy and delivery.\nComfort using data, research, and experimentation to decide what to build and to measure results.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to align people without relying on authority.\nA strong interest in building products that people enjoy using.\nAdvantageous but not required\nExperience in employee experience, engagement, HR tech, or recognition platforms.\nExperience with automated or triggered experiences, personalization, or messaging and notifications.\nFamiliarity with HRIS integrations such as Workday or SuccessFactors.\nComfort with SQL or BI tools for exploring engagement and sentiment data.\nInterest in applying new technology and AI to improve product
