truly matters.\nHow you'll shape Data Intelligence at Achievers:\nDesign, develop, and maintain backend services that support reporting, analytics, data export, and data-driven product features \nCollaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver actionable insights and AI-powered features that enhance user experience and decision-making \nDesign and implement well-structured APIs to integrate with internal and external BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) \nApply strong data modeling and transformation techniques to support dimensional analytics and interactive visualizations \nEnsure data quality, governance, privacy, and compliance standards are met across all systems \nParticipate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture or a related field \n5+ years of backend software engineering experience in enterprise environments, with a focus on reporting, analytics, and data-driven features such as data export and insights \nExpertise in Systems Design with proven ability to design complex, distributed systems at scale, with attention to performance, scalability, and fault tolerance\nStrong understanding of analytics fundamentals, including dimensional data modeling, data transformation, and data visualization best practices \nExperience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and cloud-based data warehousing (preferably Google BigQuery) \nProficient in server-side programming languages such as Python, PHP, or Go \nSolid experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), including schema design, data modeling, and performance tuning \nFamiliarity with streaming or near real-time data ingestion technologies (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub) \nStrong understanding of RESTful API design and integration with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) \nProficient with data serialization formats such as JSON, CSV \nKnowledge of data privacy, security, and governance best practices \nExperience with agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) \nAbility to lead technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and code quality \nProactive in exploring and adopting new technologies, frameworks, and APIs \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English \nExperience integrating applications with AI/ML systems is a
